Preparations are well under way for the forthcoming FIM Ex-Bike Cross World Cup of Italy 2020 that will take place at the Bisalta Motor Park Sports Facility – Boves, Italy on 17/18 October 2020. Come the close of a full weekend of racing the respective winners, both male and female across the three classes and categories will be crowned in the Italian region of Piemonte.
Competitors wishing to register for this event can do so immediately by completing the relevant entry form, which then must be approved by the national federation, before sending it along with the entry fee of €30.00 to the local promoter – details as below. Entries are open to male and female riders aged 14 years old and over who hold an FIM E-Bike Elite international licence or any other annual FIM international licence (excluding MOTOGP, Moto2, Moto3 or MotoE).
The event is open to the following types of Ex-Bikes:
- EX1: E-Bike equipped with a motor with a maximum rated continuous power of 250W and whose assistance does not exceed 25km/h. Weight limits minimum 18kg and maximum 26kg.
- EX2: E-Bike equipped with a motor with a maximum rated continuous power of 500W and whose assistance can exceed 25 km/h but does not exceed 45 km/h. Weight limits minimum 18kg and maximum 32kg.
- EXPROTO: E-Bike equipped with a motor with a maximum rated continuous power over 500W, less than 5000W and whose assistance can exceed 25 km/h but does not exceed 45 km/h. Weight limits minimum 32kg and maximum 60kg.
